In our hotel restaurant, we will spoil you with delicious specialities from alpine and international cuisine. We place importance on the use of regional ingredients and fresh preparation. The neat Poststüberl and the splendid Maximiliansstube create the perfect setting. In summer, we also serve our delicious dishes in the secluded Posthof. We look after our guests at our culinary events with seasonal produce, such as venison from our own hunt, home made pasta variants or the favourite dishes of fairy-tale king Ludwig II from Bavaria. The in-house distillery in the Romantik Hotel zur Post Fürstenfeldbruck is well known for its sophisticated fruit brandies. We produce six full-bodied specialities. The storage period of our brandies is at least 5 years, ensuring that our sophisticated guests receive a particularly high-quality product.
